Blackpool Illuminations 2026: Your Guide to a Magical Night on the Promenade

Blackpool Illuminations return on Friday 4 September 2026, transforming the Promenade with six miles of colourful displays, traditional tableaux and illuminated landmarks.

The switch-on launches an extended season running into early January 2027, giving families, couples and groups plenty of opportunities to see Blackpool sparkle after dark.
