Our mobile app is simple and easy to use and you can book in as little as 3 seconds. You can pay by cash, card, or native Apple or Google Pay. With push notifications and track my taxi, you will always know when your vehicle will arrive.
You can now share your journey with friends and family so they know you have got to your destination safely. If you have booked on our app and happened to have moved away from the pickup location, you can update the driver en route whilst the booking is live.
You will receive emailed receipts and text or WhatsApp updates letting you know the vehicle's make, model and registration, along with the driver's name, so you know who to look out for. And best of all you receive a 10% discount off the local meter fare and our online discounts for longer trips

Your data is secured in the cloud which is stored across 3 data centres across Europe and is managed and powered by Amazon. This means that your data is encrypted and 100% safe from hackers, malware or trojan software that may attempt to steal your information.
Once you have made a booking with our app, nobody from Whiteside Taxis can see any important data such as card details as this is all managed automatically by our dispatch system, iCabbi, which is renowned in the industry as the most secure and reliable system on the market

A data signal from a sim card or Wi-Fi signal is needed to use our mobile booking app. So, unfortunately, our app cannot be used offline

Yes, just enter your name, email address, and you will receive a confirmation text message to ensure you are a genuine customer.
Once downloaded and you have set up your details you will be able to book a Whiteside taxi in as little as 3 screen taps, which takes just a few seconds.
You can add your preferred debit or credit card if you wish to pay by card, or if you already have Apple or Google Pay, our app will automatically use this payment method as the default payment choice. Of course, you can always select 'Pay in Car' if you wish to pay by cash

Yes, when you book with our mobile app, you are given our highest priority; this means that at busy times you will always be put to the top of the queue and get your taxi quicker.

Yes, simply go to either the App or Play Store, type in 'Whiteside Taxis', search, and download it for free. Or you can download it by clicking on either the App Store or Play Store logos on our App page. This will hyperlink you to the Whiteside Taxis Consumer App download page from the store compatible with your mobile phone
